Sublimation Baby/Toddler T-Shirt

A blank, unbranded short sleeve t-shirt made for sublimation printing. The 65% polyester / 35% cotton fabric gives you a bright white base with enough polyester for the dye to bond, while the cotton content keeps it soft against a baby's skin. Sizes run from 6 to 12 months up to 5 to 6 years, so one style covers baby and toddler personalisation orders. Ready to print straight out of the pack, no labels to remove, and dispatched from UK stock at trade prices.

Sublimation settings (approximate)

Every press is different, so run a test on one tee first. As a starting point for this 65/35 blend:

• Temperature: 190–200°C (375–390°F)
• Time: 45–60 seconds
• Pressure: medium
• Pre-press the tee for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and creases, then press with butcher or protective paper above and below the garment
• Peel the transfer hot, straight after pressing

Because only the polyester fibres take the dye, a 65/35 tee gives a slightly softer, more vintage finish than a 100% polyester garment. Print on white or very light colours for the brightest result.
