Sublimation Acrylic & Decorations

Acrylic for keepsakes

Acrylic is light, unbreakable in the post and takes a sharp full colour print, which makes it the standard material for personalised decorations. Every piece here is sub coated or supplied with a sub coated insert.

The range

Christmas baubles, snowflakes, stars and trees, self assembly house and reindeer baubles, Easter eggs, bunnies and cracked eggs, door hangers and hot air balloon plaques, heart, round and teddy cake toppers, acrylic tickets, gift tags and the Christmas car metal decoration.

Press settings (guide)

Sub coated acrylic shapes, tags and toppers on a flat press: 180 to 195C (356 to 383F), 60 to 120 seconds, light to medium pressure, with a protective sheet above and below. Remove any protective film first and peel the transfer while warm for a clean edge. Thicker cast acrylic pieces may need up to 180 seconds. Self assembly baubles are pressed flat then clipped together once cool. The Christmas car metal decoration: 190 to 200C, 60 seconds, medium pressure. Settings are a guide only. Always check the manufacturer settings for your heat press, printer, ink and paper, and test one blank before a run.
