White polyester, full colour print
Every item here is white polyester made for sublimation, so a full colour design prints edge to edge on the chest panel and stays soft to the touch. These are the sublimation versions of the same baby lines stockists already buy in cotton, with matching sizes and fastenings.
What is in the range
The Sublimation Plain Chest Rompersuit and Sublimation Short Sleeve Bodysuit from newborn to 12 months, the Sublimation Baby/Toddler T-Shirt to 24 months, and the velcro and pull over bibs. Each carries a Sublimation label on its photo so it is easy to tell from the cotton version.
Press settings (guide)
Polyester baby garments and bibs: 180 to 200C (356 to 392F), 40 to 60 seconds, medium pressure. Pre-press for 3 to 5 seconds to remove moisture, print mirrored, and use butcher paper above and below the garment. Lift the press straight up and peel hot to avoid ghosting. Settings are a guide only. Always check the manufacturer settings for your heat press, printer, ink and paper, and test one blank before a run.
