Higher ticket personalised gifts
These are the blanks that lift an order value: a photo frame with an LED base, a lunch box with a child's name, a jigsaw of a family photo. All are sublimation coated for full colour.

Press settings (guide)
Metal lunch box and storage tin: 185 to 200C (365 to 392F), 60 to 75 seconds, medium to firm pressure on each flat face; use a heat pad to support curved edges. Acrylic LED photo frames: 180 to 195C, 60 to 120 seconds, light to medium pressure, protective film removed. Square stone photo frame: 195C (383F), 60 to 120 seconds, medium pressure, and let it cool fully before handling. 30pc jigsaw: 180C (356F), 60 seconds, medium pressure, pressed as one sheet. White gift box: 180 to 190C, 30 to 45 seconds, light pressure on the lid only. Settings are a guide only. Always check the manufacturer settings for your heat press, printer, ink and paper, and test one blank before a run.
