Every Littles character
All of the Tummi Bears Littles take sublimation: each has a white polyester panel that prints in full colour. This collection also holds the Tummi Bears key chains and the comforter, which share the same panel.
Why Littles sell
At a smaller size and price than the 42cm bears, Littles work as a new baby gift, a party favour or a keyring add-on. A name and date on the panel is the quickest personalisation, and a photo print is the one customers remember.
Press settings (guide)
Press the white panel flat with butcher paper above and below: 180 to 190C (356 to 374F), 40 to 60 seconds, light to medium pressure. Place a folded card or heat resistant board behind the panel so the press sits level, lift straight up and peel hot. The key chains and comforter press the same way without removing any stuffing. Settings are a guide only. Always check the manufacturer settings for your heat press, printer, ink and paper, and test one blank before a run.
