Three ranges, one print method
Every soft toy here has a white polyester panel that takes full colour sublimation: the Tummi Bears Littles, the 42cm Tummi Bears with a white stomach patch and the Tag Tales characters with their printable tag.
Personalisation that sells
A name and date is the standard order; a photo or a full colour design is the premium one. The same toy also takes embroidery and HTV, so one line of stock covers every method a personalisation business offers.
Press settings (guide)
All three ranges share the same approach: press the white polyester panel flat at 180 to 190C (356 to 374F) for 40 to 60 seconds with light to medium pressure and butcher paper above and below. Support the panel from behind with a folded card or heat resistant board, do not let the press slide, and peel hot. The 42cm bears unzip so the stuffing comes out for pressing; the Littles and Tag Tales press as they are. Settings are a guide only. Always check the manufacturer settings for your heat press, printer, ink and paper, and test one blank before a run.
Safety
All Tummi Bears and Tag Tales are tested to CE regulations and BS EN71 parts 1 to 3 and are suitable from birth. Zipped bottoms on the bears let the stuffing out for pressing and back in afterwards.
